Ari it looks good. You should have put a nut to lock the loose end. Vibration will wear out the threads. I think the bumpers came out nice. What am I building next for your Niva? Charles Will do just not that far yet. Ari

Pics from the weekend at Great Fish River Park which is an Eastern Cape Provincial Park. The Lada did great, apart from fuel economy(5.75km/l) as 200km of the driving was at 15km/h while the other 180km was at 80 - 100km/h. Lada at Great Fish River checking out the water level Lada waiting to go game viewing Lada parked next to caddy for the night My father looking for a rock with a flat side. 2 pics of the Great Fish River flooding so we couldnt cross on the low water bridge.

There used to be huge kudu in that area especially in the Kat river catchment. What game did you see? It is still very lush.

Yes still very lush and lots of Kudu, also saw 2 steenbok, baboon, vervet monkey, red hartebeest (2 males in prime condition), zebra. Also the ruins of 2 old forts where the English fought the Xhosa, and an old grave yard with beautiful poems on the headstones.
Will post more pics when my mother mails the ones on her camera to me.

Thanks.
No not top heavy at all, and very little roll as I still have the anti-roll bar fitted.

Thanks Dimitris.
Its more of stripping PO 's interior out Gavin. All I have put in is a new steering wheel from ladapower, new center consol from ladaworld and some toggle switches for cigarette and hella plugs in the boot and electric pump to transfer fuel from long range tank to std tank.
And the inclinometer that Spikes gave me.
PS Spikes. How are those rims doing?
