Hi Fanus As mentioned at the "Pavel is Back" thread - I think the cylinder Head Gaskets which come from Pavel might be more suitable for a Supercharged engine. The bottom end of "Pavel's" gaskets has got solid metal plates between the Pistons holes - unlike the gasket which I have bought locally: The gasket also has a thin Viton (look alike) lining for better support - and a brass lining at the hole as indicated with the pen: Regards Danie

Hi Danie Who is the local manufacturer of the head gasket? Was it a one off that was made for you or volume production? Regards Spikes

Hi Spikes I have bought the gasket about two years ago from Chris Swales. The gasket which have been removed from my Lada looked exactly the same as the one which came from Chris - so I guess these gaskets are "original", and are standard in our local Ladas. This is another pic which shows the differences between "Pavel's" and "Chris's" gaskets. The one from Pavel is at the top: Regards Danie
