Hi, Spikes, Hoodoo, Marius, Ronnie, thank you very much for the warm welcome!!!! Dimitris!! Long time no see! How are you these days? Hope everything's ok with you all over there, and that the current state gets sorted soon! John Hoodoo , your information and your mods in the past have inspired me ….. but I am not Dimitris who you mean!!!! The current state here…….you mean economic crisis…… If we sell 2-3 islands (we have too many)…..or acropolis, all will be ok!!!!! We wish gets sorted soon……the Greeks say…. “Greece never die“!!!!! My current problem is…..no money…..no more mods for my niva!!!!! But I’m lucky because I made some mods before crisis!!!!!!You can see there…….. locsa.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=photos&action=display&thread=872

Hi Dimitris,
Welcome to the forum! T'nx for all the pics of you great looking 1600 Niva. The more I see the 1600 the more I like it. ;D
Regards,
Jaco
P.S. Let me know for how much one of the islands are going for. Maybe one day I can afford one. But in the short term I cannot help as Kursk is demanding it all...and more. ;D ;D ;D

Welcome Demitris
Really nice looking Niva.
Seeing what a 1600 should look like perhaps I should not have sold mine.

Hi Dimitris ;D
The good news for the rest of us is that soon we will be able to buy an island for the same price as a scab of rock from the acropolis in the good old days ;D ;D ;D
Seriously though I do hope that Greece gets to solve it's problems soon.

Very nice Demitris
I really like that Red.

Hi Dimitris,
My red 1600 Niva looks just like yours, except that it is right hand drive! If I remember correctly you also had the Weber carburettor fitted. I will not be surprised if our Nivas were manufactured in the same year - mine was sold new to me in 1995 in South Africa.
The area where you use your Niva is beautiful and when I see you tow a fully laden trailer it made me think of a few years back when I also used to tow a trailer whenever I ventured off-road with my family. Good old days!
I hope you will have another wonderful year ahead with your Niva.
Regards,
Fanus
