Thanks Ronnie, your secret is safe with me. Ari Thanks for the updates, Ari. Have you got a time frame in mind? Spikes Should get the body back by the first week of feb, then I guess 4 - 6 weeks for reassembly Ari Congratulations Ari!! The project is well within the time frame you allowed. Agree with John. Looks very good not being tarted up. Spikes

Not really Spikes, there is still about 2 weeks work to go, I cant believe how fast you can strip a Niva (33 hours) but it takes a lot longer to put together again (at about 185 hours already)

NO, I am having fun with the new LHD loom, when I turn the ignition on the rear wiper comes on automatically, and the park lights flash with the hazards. . . . . . .
Also still need to go buy some fuel to put in the tank, and brake fluid so I can fill and bleed the brakes and clutch.

Ok so progress is slow.
1) I needed to make some brackets, 2) The starter wire was sparking everytime I tried to connect to the battery, found the wire pulled out of the lug at the solenoid, 3) I stripped a brake line T-piece, and only found out when the bleeding was making funny squirting noises, 4) The heater pipe was leaking slightly at the water pump, so I tightened the nuts and snapped the lower stud. . . . . . . . . . .
