Thanks Kobus This is a great milestone indeed! BIG thanks for everyone in making this possible - proving that the Lada is very much alive and well in SA. Also fantastic to see that we are part of a huge and expanding international community. Regards Marius

P.s Danie remember that you have to retire now and get your Nivaon the road a.s.a.p! I think the milestone came sooner than you expacted.

Big thanks to everyone for all contributions since the beginning of the new Forum !
Correct Charles, this milestone came a lot sooner than expected - and yes, although I never mentioned anything about 10 000 posts right at the beginning I have set a couple of clear goals for myself in this regard:
1.Retirement as Moderator at 31 December 2011 , or after 10 000 Posts - whichever comes first.
2. A proper LOCSA Management structure before my term as Moderator expires.
3. Exposure of the LOCSA Website - locally, as well as abroad.
4. A "friendly environment" where all Lada owners (if possible) can feel "at home".
As indicated before, I will also have less time to spend at the Forum in future - so the time has finally arrived for me to move on.
I hope this explanation will be accepted, and will discuss this issue with Kobus and Marius tomorrow.
Regards
Danie

Well done guys we are also putting the LADA back on the streets and keeping them running. All my new and existing clients are very happy and knowing that there is a forum or as said a family for the LADA owner and fan. Lets keep it up............

Hi Kobus
Would it be possible to put a counter on the forum that says how many members was online in the past Year?
I think that will give a good indication of how many true members we have. I think alot of the members do not visit the site anymore. Its sad but something we have to remember. I think there is only about 35 members who are still active on the forum.
