So all your Lada owners, why not put pictures of the accessories fitted on your Lada's up here. It will be nice to see how every body equipped their vehicles and maybe help some body else to see that you can make a Lada nice and very useful.
Regards.
Hercules.

Thanks Ari for the pictures, the spare wheel carrier looks interesting, and it is the first time that I see that a bonnet lock can be use on a wheel carrier. Very clever.

That looks like stainless steel Hercules ? Tubing or solid bar ?
Does not seem too heavy either.............looking very good.

Thanks Danie, The roofrack is made of mildsteel. The bottom is made of 25x25 square tubing and the sides 10mm square bar, the gas bottle holder is made of 20x5mm flat bar and painted with a silver alluminium paint, the same that is used for fences. The wood slates is maranti and vanished. The mount is bolted into solid square bar inserted inside the tubing. The roofrack is not heavy and the wife and myself can fit it on the vehicle without any effort.
Regards.
Hercules.

NOW I LIKE THE ROOF RACK HERCULES..........very similar to the one i want to build well the wood idea that is..i will be using teak i think and hopefully include a ladder too.like the spot light idea also had it in mind but with small rectangular ones and small rears too i saw it on an overseas lada. like the tool box idea ....def need it for the lada..........and the gas bottle idea very sharp ....wasn't sure where to put mine until now. but isn't it better to load as much weight forward i believe...oh well nice job mate looks great.

Hi
I have been busy rebuilding my spare wheel carrier as I was not happy with the configuration. I'll take some pics soon and post them up.
