Hi Warren
The stainless steel stuff did not cost me anything - has been from scrap bits which was lying around at work.
I cant remember the exact price of the polyurethane rings - I think it was R240.00.
Regards

Hi Danie.
Would you be able to tell me where I could get some polyurethane rings for myself? I would like to get started as soon as possible on the lift kit.
Cheers
Warren

Hi Duane.
That's a great idea. It would be interesting to find out how many people would be interested in buying Lift kits for their own Lada. I'll make a set for myself and make sure everything works and there are no problems, then I'll look into producing a few and selling them.
Cheers Warren

Hi Warren
The firm which made the rings find themself in Westmead, Pinetown. You do have a choice of different nice colors, and just need to give them dimensions.
I will try to find contact details, and will send it later.

Hi Danie
It would be much appreciated if you could get the details for me.
When you were making the lift kit for your Lada, did you use the ladaniva baxter website for all the dimensions?
Cheers

Hi Warren
I have sent you a PM with contact details.
Yes, I have used Baxter's website as reference, but I also got some info from a guy in Belgium (Walby).
Just remember, the Balljoint spacers should not be thicker than 20 mm. Walby used 30mm spacers, and then had to skim the Wishbone axles down in order to correct the wheel angle.
Regards
Danie

Hi spikes.
Thanks for the clarity.
What fuel consumption is your lada getting at the moment?
Cheers.
