hi guys i am not sure why or what is causing this problem but sometimes my lada jerks and can get really bad but then sometime it drives smooth .i thought that it maybe my spark plug leads but im not sure because it does not do it all the time . did anyone recieve this problem please help

Sheesh that's a tough one. Do you have any more info that could help us narrow it down? Does it jerk when it's hot or cold, or only when you accelerating for example? Did you change anything prior to the jerking starting? Have you tried replacing anything to try and eliminating the jerking that hasnt worked

well i did the carb over but the jerking occurred before then already.the jerking occurs at random time and jerk whether the lada is hot or cold.i never changed anything yet thought id hear what you guys have to say first .i know this is not alot of information but i am willing to give any advice a shot at this point.

hi guys thanks for your help i found the problem its so funny because it was my fuel filter that was clogged up .going to do a service on wednesday.Do you guys perhaps no which oil is the best to use and which gearbox oil i should use ? thanks again

Gearbox oil 80W90 GL5 Engine oil 10W40 or 15W40 For the engine I would either use a good quality 15W40 or 20W50 Mineral oil. Do not use recycled oil and try not to use synthetic or semi-synthetic. Marius
