The wheels I bought my Lada with, were 15 inch rims and 215/75 tires and the offset was so bad that they protruded way beyond the side of the car. when driving, the Lada had a mind of it's own and would follow every rut, or just wander over the road. I have now fitted the wheels that I bought from Dylan in P.E.(195/70x15) What a difference, I know they are a bit small but the offset looks about right and she handles So much better. on and off road, No more fighting the steering wheel and at least I am not putting stress on the her.

Good for you, the tyres are remoulds I think, so just watch your speeds, limited to 120km/h I think.

Those tyres are the same diameter as std wheels also the offset of the rims are perfect. As Ari said they are remoulds. Run them at 2 bar.

I hope you Lada boffins can help regarding the tires I have got on the rims, as I said earlier they are 195/70/15, but I also have a set of 215/75/15 which are from my previous wheels. What I want to know is, which ones do you guy's think will be the best option to use. And thanks again for all the help I have received, this site is so helpful.

The 215's will give you slightly more lift which offload is nice, but I found that they rubbed at the back when articulating. There is also the theory that they will damage the steering box because of the extra stress they put on it

Not a theory anyone running a righthand drive NIVA should put to the test. Spares for the righthand drive box are not available

People. I don't know where to ask this. I need to replase a whole lot of bearings all over. Where can I find the link or page with the skf bearings that replace the lada's bearings. Just the number in line with the bearing name. I want to get my lada driving as soon as possible please.

Not all bearings have direct replacements. Please see Aris's Lada Niva thread for the most complete bearing replacement thread I can think of.
