I have eventually put my Niva together again, as i wanted to start it to test it i saw that the fuel pipe that goes above the transfer case is leaking a lot of fuel . How can i repair this, as i don't have a brazing torch. Is there another way to repair it?

Consider yourself lucky that you don't have a brazing torch!
Go to a brake and clutch place and get a straight line connector similar to the one they use on the brake lines - that should work. Alternative is to connect a piece of rubber fuel hose. In both instances you will probably need to cut a small section away.

don't try putting a rubber piece in the line when it's an injection model. Fuel pressure is too high. Instead go for the brake line solution

Jan high pressure fuel hose will work. I have run way over 6 bar through it with no problems.

Thanks for the replies. The only problem i have got is that it is dead center on the inside of the bend.

Cut the bend out and replace with a section of steel fuel pipe that you can bend on a mandrel. It would mean two sets of brake pipe unions. Other option is to replace the whole fuel pipe up near the screw in fuel filter with the high pressure fuel hose that Charles mentioned.
