Hi Pizzo is it the center electrode? If so you could try and fashion a makeshift piece from another distributor cap. Many years ago torch batteries had a carbon center pole that could be used as well. Don't know about today's batteries. Bevan might have a distributor cap for you Spikes Attachments:

A Fiat 128 cap will also work. You just have to make a small mod to get it to fit. The 128 cap is available at local spares shops.

Did you ask for just the cap or the whole distributor?

You can try Ventz in PMB but if it only the cap you are looking for Midas should have stock somewhere in SA

It depents on the weight of the parcel and if normal post or ems.

Sometimes is really unbelievable to see all this negative attitude about local suppliers and dealers.
Great result from Danie's brain washing of LOCSA members.
Almost all Ladas now on the road are still running due to their efforts, 11 years after the last one came into the country.
OK, pay R400 just for shipping.
But just for curiosity I've got excellent Italian and Hungarian caps in stock for R212.50.

With counter to counter postage the cost delivered in SA would then still be less than R300.
Which is a better option than modifying the Fiat 128 dist cap IMHO

Those dist caps are direct replacements for the NIVA cap. Ventz will have to answer about the rotor arm

Hi Pizzo,
All my parts are genuine Lada parts and do not need any modifications. The distributor rotor as well.
Please use my e-mail krinon@telkomsa.net which works 24/7. I try to be at Locsa forum often but unfortunately sometimes happens only 1-2 times weekly.
Regards
Ventz
