Hi all. Tim here. I've actually had my Lada 1.7i for more than a year, but am still in the process of fixing up and getting roadworthy. She was great when going, but standing at the moment. Need to replace electric fuel pump and sort out a brake lock-up issue. Then it's in to seat replacement and bodywork. One day i'll get there.

Hi Tim Welcome to the forum!! Glad to see another 1.7i on site. You might want to include your details here: locsa.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=lounge&action=display&thread=1112. There is a list of common service spares here: locsa.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=technical&action=display&thread=1331.These spares are available through the likes of Autozone and Midas If you are looking for Throttle Body spares Goldwagen stock Opel throttle body spares which are interchangeable. Charles will be able to help you with fuel pump details. It does seem that most in tank high pressure pumps could be made to fit. There is detail on the site of the mods a member made. As far as I can remember it was just exchanging the push on electrical plug. Spares can be ordered locally from the dealers listed in the "Spare Parts" thread. If you need genuine Lada NIVA spares you can import from www.ladapower.comGood luck with the rebuild Spikes PS if you have not yet downloaded the Workshop manual and spares manual, they are available on the LOCSA website. I have used an Opel fuel pump. It was a little shorter, so I had to make a spacer to hold it. It actuallu came with the new connectors and plug. With the filter it is still the same length so it still "sucks" at the same depth.
So now it is onto my brake lockup issue
