Hey all, I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what would be a better choice: Lada Niva or Suzuki Samurai.. Now I know this might be a silly question to post in a Lada forum but I figured it was worth a shot. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Damian

I droves an SJ410 for about 5 years, much more trouble than my Lada ever gave me. Currently driving my Lada for about 8 years.
Then a friend drove a Suzuki competitive for many years and he swears by them.

Damian. I have driven a sj 410 and it felt like driving a old venter trailer. I do however think the suzuki can take more abuse than the lada. Get a lada in good nic. Suzuki sj are good but a nice one wil set u back 50k and for 30 k ucan get a realy good lada. Value for money go LADA!

Overall build qualtity of the samurai will be better, but no small 4x4 beats the suspension of a Niva. Take them both offroad and you will know what to choose
