Thanks Ronnie. If the thing doesn't do the job from the outside I shall try and fit it inside. Just glad that I don't need to move that wretched bull bar again ! Regards, Keith and CERATOTH

It is amazing where you will find Lada owners. While travelling the back roads of KZN, I stopped to see if I could make an adjustment to Rusti's incredible thirst. While I had the bonnet open and busy there, Ratel (who was travelling with me) noticed that another Lada had stopped next to us. Ted asked if we need assistance (this time not) but it was fantastic to meet Ted and his wife and their lovely 1600. There are MANY more Lada owners out there who enjoy their very quirky but unique vehicles. Regards Vincent Attachments:

Hi Trevor Another way to protect the threads and make them last is to use long joiner nuts. That way you are using all the thread to carry the load. Ronnie Attachments:

Must be nice to meet other Nivaski's out of the blue. Looks like you, Ronnie and Ratel had a good get together. ;D

Found another pic from about 2 months back on the way back from cape vidal. Couldnt resist the bridge. The Durban climate has not been to kind on the bodywork and the dreaded cancer is rapidly making itself known on all the usual soft spots. Have a plan for that later though. Attachments:

Hi John That looks like typical Welsh weather. Ronnie Yes, it is. And it's starting again at the moment! I have a feeling I may need my chains when in the boondocks this year! John
