Hi All.
Noticed no matter how often I replaced the brake fluid in brake and clutch reservoirs within a short time there was black streaks all through the fluid. I have replaced the hoses linking the reservoirs with the master cylinders. On cutting open the old hoses they are the cause of the contamination. The insides of the hoses leave your hands black. I have already wasted 3 bottles of brake fluid. The old hoses were the original Lada hoses.
Regards
Ronnie.

Hi Ronnie
Just as a matter of interest - have the new hoses been made up by a hydraulic specialist, and if so - at what cost ?
If you have made up the new hoses yourself, more detail could be very helpful to all of us.

Danie

Hi Danie
I took sample for size to the local spares shop and asked for hose suitable for brake fluid. New hose clips and that was it. Gravity feed so no pressure involved. One of the origional clips (steel strap and split pin) did not even have a pin it was missing and all existing connections were loose.
