No luck on this side either. Since this morning I get this (Bitdefender) message when I tried to connect to the Web Page: "This website is unsafe. It has been reported as untrusted (may contain phishing, scams, other phishing related threats)." Hopefully Kobus will be able to do whatever needs to be done......... Danie

The Locsa Home Page seems to be up and running again, and I noticed a new popular link to accommodation in South Africa on the page as well. Our international members who might be thinking of visiting South Africa, might find this link very handy : locsa.atspace.com/Danie

Hi
I will be doing some changes/updates to the web site during the day. Bandwidth is a bit crappy today so if are experiencing problems/errors please be patient.
I will inform you when all is working again. Must first and do some shopping.

Website updated and uploaded.
I suggest when you open a page to press Shift and F5 just to reload otherwise it just loads the page from the cache and you will not experience the updates.
On each page (except the Forum page) if you click on the Forum link, it will take you to the new Forum page (don't worry it is not a new forum, the old one is still there!)
The difference is that you will find a link to forum stats. I will update this on a monthly basis.
Why is nobody sending my photos anymore? Come on guys it is YOUR web site. You contribute and I post it.

Weeks went by where no-one signed up but the graph never dropped to zero. Average sign up =0 but least sign ups =1 ?? But it is not an issue: The top two charts shows the interesting facts: number of visitors and pages viewed That will be the trend to measure activity Regards Spikes

Sorry Kobus, but I might have missed any posts from people asking you where you go those cut away drawings in the technical part of the website. Any idea where I can download them?
Darryn.

Hi Kobus
The stats make for interesting reading and will be a good guide to see the success of the forum from month to month.

Hi Darryn
I downloaded them the other day and the only place I could have got them from is Baxter or Gadgetboy`s site.

Nice job Kobus! I was wondering why I could not log onto the website a little earlier Thanks Marius. The old site is still there but the Atspace host is so slow that you get a timeout. I also uploaded the new pages to locsatest.atspace.com/ but it is just as bad. I am trying to find a better alternative without losing visitors.

Hi Kobus
I can`t even start to tell you the pleasure I get from the LOCSA site. The members on it are friends I have never had the pleasure to meet, with a couple of exceptions, who have been able to pay a visit. It is through the dedication of people like you and all our members who make it possible.

Hi Kobus, yes it is appreciably quicker, thanks! One question though, will the gallery remain in cache once opened or will it have to reload every new session? thanks for al the effort you put into LOCSA. I really appreciate it regards Spikes
