fantastic Marius.
Thanks for the pics. A couple of years ago in a car mag they had a feature on a Lada motorshow. There was a Niva that is 4x4x2. The back can twist on its own.

Spikes you should include this one in the next budget ;D Nice Marius!! When the SJ 410 landed in 1983 the General Motors dealer in Phalaborwa built a 2 seat Firebug and fitted a 250 l tank in the load bed. They sold 3 or 4 to the Game ranches. The demo unit had a beautiful Mitsubishi made turbo charger. Does the website have specs as to volume of water and pump capacity?

Hi Spikes The following is from the Autovaz website >> A new low-volume LADA 4x4-based model has been delivered to the fire department of Stavropol, Samara Region, to be tested. This is a fire-rescue vehicle produced by Togliatti’s company ZAO VAZINTERSERVIS, an AvtoVAZ partner. The car body is equipped with a water tank of 250 L, foam generator tank, and other special fire-extinguishing and rescue tools. The modern equipment allows firemen to carry out rescue missions more efficiently. The running characteristics and compactness of the vehicle facilitate prompt arrival on a scene. Designers of the model and representatives of the Emergency and Civil Defense State Committee (EMERCOM) note that the new vehicle is going to enter the model lineup of medium- and heavy-duty trucks firefighting departments use. The off-roader is especially useful for driving in countryside and suburbs. The vehicle does not require any special parking and expensive maintenance services, thus it can be used by volunteer fire brigades. There are a number of similar vehicles used at Togliatti and Serpukhov fire departments at the moment. The new LADA 4x4-based model has been successfully certified and approved by EMERCOM. VAZINTERSERVIS is one of the main AvtoVAZ suppliers. The Company also specializes in LADA-based low-volume machinery production. The basis of this model lineup consists of pickups based on the platforms of LADA 4х4, LADA SAMARA and LADA 2107. >> some interesting reading I thought Marius
