Just to let participating members know that the packages containing your auto-tensioners and 'other bits' are ready to be posted out if you have not already collected them from me here in Germiston. I am just waiting on final confirmation of your addresses. Thanks Stev (Ihar) for your hard work as Moderator in arranging all of this. One small logistics glitch... I seem to be short of one tappets cover gasket (mine !) and have one crankshaft oil seal too many. Guess that I must have 'screwed up' one of your orders and put a gasket instead of a seal into someone's package. Did a very quick 'unpack and repack' last night but could not find out where the mistake was made. So... when you get your packages, if yours is the one missing the seal, please sms me your name to 072 993 4955 and I will get it into the post asap to you. Sorry about that...blame it on my age... Li does. Do not bother to send the gasket back. The packing of gaskets is a real pain...think of it as an early Christmas present from Santa. Regards to all at LOCSA. Keith and CERATOTH

Hi Guys. I am still waiting for addresses for Old School and T Mullet. Your parcels are ready and I just need to post them to you. Other parcels are in the post office today. I have included statements and for those that now owe some postage costs I have included my banking details. For those of you that I now owe money to I have given you my e-mail address. Please send me your banking details and I will make efts to you. If you want to know your Post Office Tracking number please sms your name to me 072 993 4955 and I will send it back by return sms. My thanks to all of the Moderators who made this 'event' possible and I am certain that they would welcome another 'volunteer' to do the next bulk order :-) After my recent birthday my retirement is now 'official'. Regards to all at LOCSA, Keith and CERATOTH

Your request to be put on voluntary "early" retirement has been denied, I will however reward you with a some beers at my place when you come over to get your tensioner fitted. (Sunday is a good day, there will be a few Niva's there) Tjeers Steve

Sorry due to the head of a head bold stripping on trying to remove it, we stopped the task and reassembled the motor, thankfully we never released the torque on the other bolts. Thus no photo guide, but whatever we did accomplish by cleaning the parts we had stripped off, the motor is now running smoother than it has before.
Never got to doing the auto tensioner so no photo guide there either.

Thanks Keith for taking the task of coordinating the order for us!
Thanks to Steve for keeping the spreadsheet up to date. Only when one sees the figures on the sheet does one realise how much work was going on behind the scenes.

www.rusmash.org/items/item99/rodos003.htmlAbove is a link to the manufacturers website in case you have misplaced the translated installation instructions. The "recharge" instructions are to reset the plunger just in case you pulled the steel pin out to "see what would happen" "recharge" would also apply if one has to remove the tensioner to replace chain or pads.
