Hi
I have just managed to get onto the www.lada-shop.eu site for the first time, they are an on-line parts shop.
It's not very user friendly site, sometimes niva parts are in the lada parts section, but you can search the site on part numbers. Just replace the '-' in the manual number by a '.' (even doing this I did not find all teh parts I was looking for)
On average, taking exchange rate into account and ignoring the shipping, the parts are more expensive than www.ladapower.com.
The major major reason for this is the exchange rate which is Euro 14:1 and $10:1 (both approximates). Although there are some parts in a comparison I just did that are cheaper on www.lada-shop.eu the majority are cheaper from Pavel.
I have no feedback or further information to provide about www.lada-shop.eu or their reuptation or parts quality, but ladanivabelgium has been using them.
His feedback is, and I quote "My first order has arrived and the second is on the way. The parts seem to be OEM quality and i will order some more with this company. Pavel makes better prices but most of the time i need the parts asap. When i order parts with pavel the parcel is in belgium within 5 to 7 days, but customs hold it for another few weeks. When i order with Ronell i get the parts within 2-3 days.
I have asked them what the shipping costs to SA will be, i will tell you as soon as i know.
My advise: the parts seem ok and it is safe to order" unquote.
Feel free to investigate and provide us with any feedback you might have, note that registration is required on their web site before you can view the store.
Jan, sorry I plagarised a PM from you here, but it saved me some time and thus makes time for more beer.
