A friend of mine here has a system on his fuel injected 5 liter v8 calias and he does alot of driveing up to 4 or 5 hours non stop sometimes and the unit runs faultless, I think he said it pulls 8 amps at full bore and 4 at low rpm/MAP. It has some sort of reostat that drops the input power at low engine airflow requirments so it is not generateing heaps of H at idle.

Hi all. Dear Trevor and Bobby I have finished the electrical wiring for the installation of hydrogen generator and now I need your opinion because you are experienced. I am thinking of buying an 11 plates dry cell, a 30A pwm and a dryer, those that you see in photos. What is your opinion on these?? Thank you!! Regards, Dimitris PS. All opinions are welcome of course

Ok Trev, thank you very much.
Some other questions 1. How many grams of Potassium Hydroxide - KOH (98 %) per liter of water must add ? 2. Do you add some drops of anti foam liquid in the water? If yes what anti foam?

Hello Dimitris , As Promised .I have had a look at the Description of the cell that you put on the Forum mate .Now before we start i want you to know that i started looking into hho about 6 months ago and have spent a lot of time reading as many Forums and watching an unbeleivable amount of videoes on this subject .So the info im about to give you will be of the best of my ability and based only from what i have learned in the last 6 months on this subject .Ok to start with i checked out this product on the Scambusters sight and came up with nothing bad on this unit or the company that make these units .In there description they state that they use rubber o rings but looking at the cell they are using gaskets which are far better than the 3 inch o ring designes that they sell here in Australia .The plate thickness is around 16 to 18 gauge which is good .The plate size seems Fine .Now they dont specify the plate configuration meaning This type of set up ,+nnnn-nnnn+ ,So im still not sure what to think about that as i would ask the seller to inform you of the plate configeration before purchasing the unit .Now also there output rate such as Litres per Minute seem outragious as they state 2 to 5 Litres per minute at between 3 to 50 amps for goodness sake at 50 amps your niva motor would be dying in the ass .In other words your motor would be working that hard to turn the alternator that your vehicle would be using twice the amount of fuel that it used before the install . Ok so the information i have read on forums on this by profesionals on this subject is that we need to produce 1/4 to 1/2 ltr of HHO per 1Litre of engine capacity. So i asume that you will be fitting this to your 1.7Litre Lada Niva Which i beleive would require around 1/2 to 3/4 of a Litre of HHO Gas to acheive a good outcome and way improved fuel consumption .The cell you are looking at buying seems to be of a good quality and looks very well constructed for the money they are asking for it .You will need the rest of the kit aswell such as bubbler and one way valves and so on and you already have a good PWM and so on .I think also if you run this cell between 12 to 15 amps Max Lower the better you should meet your requirments and amount of HHO Gas needed for your Niva .So would be nice other peoples thoughts on this product aswell mate .So i think it would be fine to purchase this unit but the final decicion will be your to make my freind .So have fun wuth your purchase and will answer your antifoam and KOH questions Soon for you. Cheers trev.

Hi Trev Thanks for the answer . From what I've read in several forums, our car's needs for hho is almost 1lit/min. So if this generator operates with 10 amp, I suppose that it will produce the 1lit that I need. What's your opinion on that? Also, plz answer these: 1. How many grams of Potassium Hydroxide - KOH (98 %) per liter of water must add ? 2. Do you add some drops of anti foam liquid in the water? If yes what anti foam?
Thank you very-very much for your help.
Regards, Dimitris

Trev, thank you for your help. Tomorrow I will order that. I have seen on various websites anti-foaming products but I asked you because I've read in some forums that some people add a few drops of diesel or WD40 etc. I hope to have the complete package in 10 days ...... Thank you very much again.
regards Dimitris

Dimitris ,If i were you i would not add diesel or WD40 to your system as i think you would further add to your foaming issues .Best to stick with the Antifoaming Solution i Think mate .But once again its your call my freind.Cheers Trev .

www.free-energy-info.co.uk/Chapt10.htm A simple explanation for a lot of people who dont really understand what makes what work on a hho system .This diagramh just cuts through some of the technical terms that are used on the pro sites and helps people get to know what most parts are called in laymans terms .Cheers Trev
