Hi guys,
Well, I think it is well known that the Lada headlights could be a lot better. I see there are some trendy after-market "angel eyes" round headlights for the citi golf range which will make my Lada look like serious business.
I've measured diameter wise and they look almost ideal.
Has anyone ever tried this before ?

Niva headflights should be good. They are standard 7" round headlights fitted to millions of cars. Mine are fine. Make sure they are semi sealed beam. Sealed beam are poor in comparision and should only be used if you are going to be in deep water.

Hi Mark yes I have actually fitted citi golf lights to my lada and they work extremely well I just had to mod the grill very slightly to allow for focusing regards Bill

Well, the job is done - not as easy as I thought, especially with the angel eye version of the citi golf headlights. But worth every second of effort, they look amazing, and at night they are totally sexy ! I'll post a few pictures in a bit! Before...After ...Super cool. And with the HID globes, super bright. I've since removed the standard park light globes (the ones next to the front indicators) - seems the neon angel eye is very susceptable to low voltage and doesn't strike nicely unless the originals are removed, these look a million times better anyways !

Hi Mark
Now get some led globes for your park lights and it will look awesome. I think it looks really good.

Jan, just remember the "mod guys" can shoot back. I'm in the market for a Metal Storm to have a roof-mount-mod. ;D ;D ;D
